What types of credit cards can be used to purchase the software?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and Eurocard cards.

Are my credit card details secure?
Yes! All credit card transaction information is sent from your browser to our servers via the most secure encrypted connection available. I've lost my license code. What do I do?
We are happy to provide you with a copy of your license code. Please send us your name, e-mail address, product name, order number,address/email information, we will resend your license Code.

The license code you have given me says that it is invalid.
As the characters in the license code can be confused, please copy and paste (as opposed to manually typing in) the license details.

Can I purchase using a check or money order?
Yes, you can purchase with a check or money order in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank. Please note your license will not be activated until your check or money order has cleared, we will notify you by e-mail when this occurs.

When will I receive my license code information after purchasing?
When purchasing by credit card, you will immediately receive your registration and license code information via email. If the product is purchased using one of our alternative billing methods, you will receive your registration and license code information as soon the payment has been received and cleared.
Please note some small delays may occur in verifying your credit card details under some circumstances.

I just purchased online but I didn't receive my receipt via email. What happened?
Receipts are sent immediately after the order has been processed. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and that the computer or ISP does not have a firewall or SPAM/ad-blocker affecting the delivery of email, please also ensure you entered a correct email address.
